Jewish Community of Latvia
Programs of the social center are aimed at providing comprehensive assistance to needy members of the Jewish community throughout Latvia, primarily the elderly, the poor and the survivors of the Holocaust.
There are various programs in the Hesed that help improve the quality of life of a person: home care, assistance in purchasing products, medicines and health insurance, assistance in paying utility bills and others. In addition, clients of the social center have the opportunity to celebrate Jewish holidays together, visit various mugs, participate in concerts and excursions.
