Social Action

• Interfaith :
  • The community is an active member of Harrow Interfaith. As part of Interfaith Week, they hold an annual Interfaith Service with a speaker from another faith community and to whichfriends and neighbours from other communities are invited.
  • Kol Chai members are on the steering group of Pinner Faith Forum which organises talks across different religious communities on topics of mutual interest.

  • Kol Chai was a founding member of Harrow Citizens and Rabbi Naomi is the current Chair. They work together with other faith organisations and voluntary groups for social justice
• Kol Chai Green Group : Kol Chai has been presented with the Eco Synagogue Silver Award which is in recognition of the community’s efforts to reduce its impact on the environment and increase awareness of the members of the need to live in a sustainable way.
