We reach people at risk from online harms and offer them an alternative path. Our work is rooted in evidence, ethics and the fundamental belief that people can change.

We specialise in finding vulnerable audiences demonstrating interest in or advocating for the propagation of online harms. Our work on social media platforms is guided by General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles.

We work to better understand vulnerable individuals online, and build an evidence base to better inform campaigns and interventions to safeguard these audiences.

We deliver campaigns and interventions aiming to connect vulnerable individuals online with safer content, counsellors and information about key service provisions to broker their engagement with local service provisions offline.
