Jewish Confederation of Ukraine (JCU)
The Jewish Confederation of Ukraine (JCU) was founded in 1999 in Kyiv, Ukraine. It is a non-governmental organization that represents the interests of the Jewish community in Ukraine. The organization was created to promote and protect the rights of Jews in Ukraine and to foster a sense of Jewish identity and community in the country. While it is a confederation of various Jewish organizations in Ukraine, JCU itself is an umbrella organization that coordinates and supports the activities of its member organizations.
