The competition “The Flame of Equality” is aimed at primary and secondary school teachers – general, technical and vocational secondary schools and high schools – invited to reflect with their students and carry out a project on history. of drafts and captures, on the life of slaves and the struggles for abolition, on their survivals, their effects and their contemporary legacies.

The Dilcrah is responsible for designing, coordinating and animating the state policy in the fight against racism, anti-Semitism and anti-LGBT hatred. To this end, it exercises an advisory and animation role with the ministries, in particular in education, police and justice but also culture, city policy, digital, overseas, etc. The Dilcrah aims to be the privileged interlocutor of institutional and associative players in the defense of human rights and the fight against racism, anti-Semitism and anti-LGBT hatred.
