Rigor and innovation in the interpretation of texts makes the community responsible for the vitality of our Tradition inherited and transmitted from generation to generation.
The congregation its roots in almost four millennia of Jewish tradition, incessantly commented on, while engaging in modern life and thought. To question and question oneself in the face of texts and tradition is to renew an unfailing confidence in the eternal values of our texts through an attitude open to the evolutions of the modern world.

Welcome to all Jews or those wishing to become one, whatever their degree of practice and knowledge, who wish to live their Judaism, deepen it and transmit it.
Absolute respect for personal choices. Each is recognized for what it is, in its orientations, its evolution, its dynamics as well as in its history and its practices. The recognition of the indispensable and irreplaceable uniqueness of each person contributes to the diversity of sensitivities that nourish our liberal Judaism, always in motion.
Inter- and intra-religious dialogue
Intra and inter-religious dialogue allows us to approach our liberal Jewish singularity while taking our responsibility in the construction of the universal. Human fraternity conceived as a community of destiny, is built through exchange, sharing, dialogue. The unique approach of Liberal Judaism is accessible to everyone, Jews and non-Jews, children and adults.
Commitment to the city
Jewish ethics asks us to act, it summons us, it obliges us.
The community insists on personal commitment to promote social justice Tikkoun Olam (“repair of the world”) which necessarily involves ethical behavior with others. The spirituality of Judaism translates into a practice that transmits and bears witness to the vitality of the teachings of the Jewish tradition in today’s world: active positioning in the face of racism and anti-Semitism, defense of republican values, constant support for secularism (French ), memory of the Holocaust.
