Lost Shtetl Museum

The Lost Shtetl Museum is scheduled to open its doors to the public in 2020. The goal of the museum is to create a unique memorial and to show visitors the little-known history and culture of the lost Jewish shtetlakh, mainly through telling the stories of the Jews who lived in Šeduva. The exhibition will revolve around Jewish settlement in the town, family and holidays, educational institutions, economic activities, professions, cultural, social and political movements. As all of shtetls ended in the same way, the exhibition will also discuss the Holocaust and the experience of Jewish descendants from Šeduva.
