“Together1” is a prevention project by MAKKABI Deutschland as part of the “Democracy Life!” funding programme of the Federal Ministry for family, seniors, women and youth, in cooperation with the Central Council of Jews in Germany and the Düsseldorf Jewish Community. Antisemitism manifests itself time and time again in verbal, visual or physical discrimination. In the context of football in particular, antisemitic behavior is sometimes tolerated without contradiction, being recognized, or even communicated to the existing reporting offices, Together1 has set itself the goal of counteracting the complex problem with verve and making organized sport strong against antisemitism in the long term.
